The Commissioning Technician specializes in the testing, startup, and troubleshooting of new or upgraded water and wastewater treatment equipment, such as pumps, SCADA systems, and chemical feeders.

Responsibilities

  •  Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and field I/O verification for PLC controls
  • Assist in starting up new equipment, including calibrating chemical dosing pumps and tuning valve actuators
  • Work with operators to ensure seamless integration into existing infrastructure
  • Identify root causes for electrical or mechanical issues during startup

Qualifications

  • Class C Water/Wastewater Certification 
  • Class C Driver's License 
  • High School Diploma
