We are seeking experienced Start-Up and Commissioning Technician to support the startup and commissioning of a large municipal wastewater treatment plant in McKinney, Texas. This position will be responsible for assisting with operational readiness, process testing, equipment verification, and system optimization during the commissioning phase.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with analytical equipment, wastewater treatment processes, and sampling procedures, along with the ability to work in a team-driven and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in wastewater treatment plant operations, commissioning, or process optimization
Familiarity with analytical instruments (e.g., turbidity meters, pH meters, DO probes, ammonia analyzers)
Experience with wastewater and water sampling procedures
Centrifuge operation experience is strongly preferred
Knowledge of TCEQ or equivalent state regulatory requirements
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing project schedules
